From his early days leading a public works department to decades spent advancing pavement preservation and management across the Northeast, Dan has always been a strong advocate for smarter, more cost-effective infrastructure strategies.

What sets Dan apart is not just his technical expertise, but his education-driven approach. He has spent years working directly with agencies, contractors, and industry partners, sharing knowledge, building trust, and promoting solutions that extend pavement life while saving taxpayer dollars.
