Cooperative Purchasing
Our national cooperative procurement agreement with North Central Texas COG (NCTCOG or TXShare) makes it easy to work with us
IMS holds a Master Services Agreement for Pavement Analysis Services with the TXShare Cooperative Purchasing Program, which is open to all public agencies (municipal, state, and Federal) in the United States.
The Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area, responsible for one-third of Texas’s GDP, is home to the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG). Representing 16 counties, 226 cities, 23 school districts, and 38 special districts, NCTCOG supports public planners, managers, and purchasing agents in acquiring products and services and informing them about available contracts.
Local governments and non-profit entities nationwide can participate in the TXShare program at no cost by completing an Interlocal Agreement. Once executed, typically within one business day, organizations can immediately use TXShare contracts.
TXShare participants benefit from contracts procured under stringent Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and Texas Local Government Code standards. Each contract is competitively sourced and independently evaluated by experts, ensuring reliable and compliant procurement options.
Of those listed to provide Pavement Analysis Services, IMS had the highest-rated response in 2023 and has the most competitive fees.
