Richmond (VA) – International Cybernetics (ICC) recently delivered a brand-new Single-Sided Lock Wheel Safety Friction Tester (SFT) to the Virginia Department of Transportation’s (VDOT) Materials division, a  valued ICC client for two decades!

To assist their field inspection team, the ICC team provided specialized training and acceptance testing over two days to ensure VDOT maximized their ability to collect the most reliable and repeatable friction data possible.
