Meet Cole, one of the newest members of the ICC-IMS Sales team! Whether he’s engaging with clients or chasing PRs at the gym, Cole brings focus, discipline, and drive to everything he does. As a Sales Development Representative, Cole is passionate about matching powerful solutions with real customer needs—and doing it all with high energy and relentless persistence.

Rooted in his love for tech-enabled products and process improvement, Cole’s mission is simple: make life easier for his clients, build trust, and keep growing. With big-picture, he’s here to learn, lead, and leave a lasting impact on both customers and teammates.

Let’s talk sports. Who are your teams?

I’m a diehard Kentucky Wildcats fan—if they’re playing, I’m watching. I also follow the Baltimore Ravens. Ray Lewis was a huge inspiration for me growing up—his intensity and leadership really stuck with me. Outside of team sports, I follow major bodybuilding competitions like the Olympia.

What’s something on your bucket list?

Traveling to Sicily to meet family I’ve never had the chance to connect with. That, and skydiving. I’m not great with heights, but my grandma went skydiving at 70—so I feel like I have to step up!

Who are your biggest influences?

Chris Bumstead—his mindset, discipline, and work ethic are something I try to emulate in both fitness and life. I’m also inspired by Michael Smoak (higherupwellness). His phrase, “It isn’t easy, but it is simple,” really puts things in perspective. Success is about showing up, staying consistent, and putting in the work.

How do you think you make the biggest impact on the team?

I bring energy, persistence, and a solution-focused mindset. I thrive in fast-paced environments, and I’m always working to improve—whether it’s how I handle objections, communicate value, or close deals. I also pride myself on being highly adaptable and coachable.

What do you love most about your job?

The ability to truly connect with people. No two conversations are the same, and I love stepping into that consultative space—getting to know a client’s challenges and being able to offer a real solution that helps their business grow. I also love the competitive nature of sales. It keeps me sharp and constantly pushing to level up.
