ICC-IMS welcomes Mark Thomas as our Strategic Account Executive for Europe and the Middle East!  Mark has over 25 years of experience delivering condition measurement solutions to transportation and infrastructure owners worldwide. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation (FCIHT), Mark has made significant, sustained contributions to the state of practice in this sector. 

In his spare time, Mark is a qualified beach lifeguard, competes in triathlon and ocean kayak races, walks his dogs, and drives his teenage daughter places.
