Largo, FL – International Cybernetics Co. (ICC) is pleased to announce the appointment of industry veteran Jason Trotter to the position of Director of Business Development. With previous customer-focused leadership roles at Fugro Roadware, Stantec, Rival Solutions, and Amaco Construction Equipment, Mr. Trotter is ready to offer ICC’s products and services to public and private organizations in the pavement management industry.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Trotter said, “ICC has been a leader in the pavement management industry for more than 40 years, is now under new management, and has capital earmarked for innovation. Mr. Trotter has many years of experience delivering pavement survey solutions to DOT clients including California, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Ontario, Los Angeles County and many others. He has helped organizations solve many challenges such as transitioning from windshield to automated distress surveys, streamlining HPMS reporting, solving field data collection challenges, implementing quality management plans, and navigating transitions from old to new technology. In each case, he has endeavored to take a holistic view of the customer requirements and objectives to ensure that any proposed solution will work for the people involved.
