When your profiler gets hit in a traffic collision, you need a partner — not just a vendor.

The West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) recently shared their experience working with ICC, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Their team described our equipment as “top notch” — matching or exceeding every other system they’ve encountered. But great hardware is only part of the story.

When their profiler was struck in a traffic incident, our team moved fast — sourcing all replacement parts and getting them back on the road faster than the body shop could complete repairs. And when their previous system reached end of life, ICC was still there, supporting them well beyond warranty.

“We know that when we call, they will answer.”

From responsive technical support across email, phone, and remote diagnostics, to going above and beyond with additional training for new staff — Vincent and Colton’s team shared that every question and technical hiccup has been “handled rapidly and professionally.”

The result? A program they’re confident in. As they put it, when they hit the road, their profiler collects data and performs “without a hitch.”

Thank you, Vincent Allison, PE and Colton Farley of the West Virginia Division of Highways, for your trust and for sharing your experience. This is exactly why we do what we do.
